Negative Time-to-Exploit (N-Day Acceleration)

A scenario where the time between vulnerability disclosure and public exploitation becomes negative—meaning exploits are available before patches, or AI-discovered zero-days are exploited immediately upon discovery. Defenders have no patch window.
Frontier AI models can discover thousands of unknown vulnerabilities in weeks and generate working exploits in hours; traditional reactive patching cannot defend against this velocity. Organizations must shift to prevention-first strategies.
